Shopping City Suceava

• One of the key retail sites within the city, opened in Q1 2008. The project serves a large catchment area including the city of Suceava and neighboring areas. The excellent accessibility and visibility of the centre due to its location next to the Calea Unirii main road, works as a crowd-puller, further increasing the centre’s commercial prospects.

• The primary catchment areas of Suceava Shopping City are the densely populated Burdujeni, Obcini, George Enescu and Zamca districts. Two thirds of the visitors reach the centre by personal cars, while access via public transportation is also excellent.
